Harvest
period: Early-October.
Production:
Light pressing and fermentation at 28ºC. Long maceration.Physical
stabilisation in vast for four months followed by 15 months
in American oak barrels, after which it is rounded off in the
bottle until it reaches its point of optimum maturity.
Alcoholic
content: 13.5% Vol.
Wine-tasting:Cherry
with blue touches. Bouquet features hints minerals, slate,graphite
and mature fruit blending with the wood, toasted with a slightly
bitter, extraordinarily pleasant finale.
Gastronomy:
Perfect for red meat and game.
Serve
